Is SignalTender an official government website?

No. SignalTender is an independent software platform that aggregates state and local procurement opportunities from public sources. It is not operated by any government agency.

Which procurement portals do you cover?

SignalTender covers validated state, county, city, and higher-education procurement portals and normalizes those records into one feed. Coverage expands over time as additional sources pass validation.

Do you cover federal opportunities?

No. SignalTender focuses on state and local opportunities today, including city, county, and higher-education buyers.

Plans and Limits

How plans differ and how state limits are applied.

What is free versus paid?

You can browse opportunities without paying. Paid plans unlock full details, attachments, addenda tracking, buyer contact information, advanced filters, and full pagination.

How do plan limits work?

Plans are differentiated by how many active states you can track at once. Higher tiers increase active-state capacity and add additional operational features.

Can I change my active states later?

Yes. You can update active states from your account settings. State changes are subject to your plan limit and a cooldown window between changes.

Billing

What happens when I choose a plan?

Choosing a plan starts Stripe checkout for subscription payment. After successful payment, your subscription is provisioned and account access is tied to the purchase email.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Access remains active through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Do you offer refunds or prorated billing?

Sign-in is email-link based. Use the same email address you used at checkout and we will send a secure sign-in link to access your account.

Data collection runs throughout the day, and updates are published in batches every few hours. Timing can vary by source portal availability and change activity.

How accurate is the data?

SignalTender reflects data from source procurement portals, and source systems can change or correct records at any time. Always verify critical submission details against the originating portal before final bid actions.

How can I reach support?

The fastest path is through your account after sign-in, where support context can be tied to your subscription and tracked opportunities. We prioritize issues affecting access, billing, and data correctness.

How is account access secured?

Authentication is handled through secure Clerk email-link sign-in, and billing is processed by Stripe. SignalTender does not store your payment card details directly.
