Summary

The work included in these specifications shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, and supplies required in providing inspections, testing, and emergency services to all fire preventive sprinkler systems, and fire pumps. These inspections shall be performed in accordance with The National Fire Protection Association, (such as but not limited to NFPA 25, 72, and 2001), codes, and standards, Florida Statues 633, and Florida Administrative Code. Repair work shall be performed both as a result of problems identified during inspections, and on an as needed basis. Work shall also include the replacement or new installations of complete fire sprinkler systems, alarms and pumps.

Full description

The location is a multiple building, industrial site. Buildings include an administrative building, ash storage/handling building, maintenance building, warehouses, electrical distribution rooms, an open-to-weather process area (incinerator/steam generation facility with pollution control systems, ash handling systems, etc), an open-to-weather turbine generator and associated support systems for electricity production.
