Summary
County of Orange, Health Care Agency (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for In-Home Crisis Stabilization Services, which include psychoeducation / teaching the family coping strategies, intensive short-term (3 weeks) support, individual and family therapy, and crisis assessments (Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) evaluations). The program provides support in obtaining state benefits, accessing resources, and connecting individuals to more suitable and less restrictive care options. The program provides support to the mobile Crisis Assessment Team (CAT team), Psychiatric Emergency Team (PET Team), County outpatient clinics, Children's Hospital of Orange County Emergency Department (CHOC ED), Adult and Adolescent Crisis Stabilization Units (CSU) and inpatient hospitals. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within this Request for Proposal (RFP) and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.All questions or requests for interpretations must be received within this solicitation by Wednesday, February 11, 2026, before 4:00 pm as specified in the solicitation. Respondents are not to contact other County personnel with any questions or clarifications concerning this solicitation. Verbal clarifications or responses will not be considered binding.County expects the successful Respondent to provide the services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Attachment A, Model Contract.
