Summary

Seeking qualified and experienced rental car facility management company interested in providing operating, management, and maintenance services for the MEM Consolidated Rental Car Facilities (CONRAC) and Quick Turns Area Facility (QTA). Company shall have a minimum of 7 years' experience in managing a CONRAC facility, specifically with multiple car wash and fueling equipment systems. Company shall be responsible for all routine and preventative maintenance, repairs and replacements in, of and to the CONRAC and QTA of any kind or nature whatsoever arising during the Term Company shall coordinate and schedule all fuel, motor vehicle lubricant/fluid and car wash fluid deliveries to ensure sufficient supply at all times. Company shall maintain the CONRAC and QTA in full compliance with all laws, regulations, ordinances, and contract specifications.

The Authority owns and operates Memphis International Airport (MEM), Charles Baker Airport and General DeWitt Spain Airport. Memphis International Airport is located in Shelby County about 13 miles southeast of downtown Memphis. Memphis International Airport is the principal air carrier airport serving west Tennessee, north Mississippi, southeast Missouri, and east Arkansas. Memphis International Airport is also the principal hub for FedEx, making MEM the world’s second busiest cargo airport and the single largest economic engine in the Mid-South.The Airport is primarily an origin and destination (O&D) airport. MEM served a record 4.9 million O&D passengers in 2024.The Airport is located on 4,640 acres of land in the County and includes a terminal complex of approximately one million square feet, and four other buildings containing approximately 100,000 square feet, which are used by air carriers and all-cargo carriers as transfer facilities for cargo. These buildings are adjacent to the terminal complex and are separate from FedEx facilities that contain approximately 3.5 million square feet and occupy approximately 518 acres.
