This bid includes the Fiber Splicing only as part of the GSCA Glenn County Outside Plant (OSP) Project. Project includes fiber splicing throughout the project area and splicing in the 3 Huts in the project. Project Plans include the OSP, FAT sheets and HUT construction plans.
