Summary

BLDG 26A - 5 Classroom RenovationGeneral Contractor work includes but not limited to removing cabinets, removing old ceiling tiles, provide and install new lay-in ceiling panels (existing T-bar ceiling grid remains), minimal gyp-board repair and replacement as it relates to new electrical/AV conduit and paint.PM will provide construction schedule, but the General Contractor is required to coordinate work with the Electrical Contractor, Flooring Vendor and AV contractors.

Responses must be submitted via Mt. SAC's eProcurement Portal, located on Mt. SAC’s Purchasing Website prior to 2:00 pm on Friday, March 13, 2026. The District will only accept responses submitted electronically via Mr. SAC's eProcurement Portal. Bid tabulations will be available immediately after the closing via the portal.
