Votran Transfer Plaza Restroom Renovations

Summary

The project consists of a full renovation of the existing employee men’s and women’s restrooms adjacent to the break room. Architectural design has been prepared by David Ogle ensuring code compliance, updated layouts, and modernized finishes. The remodel will include demolition of existing fixtures and partitions, installation of new plumbing fixtures, improved lighting, updated ventilation, revised ADA-compliant configurations, and durable finishes suitable for high-use staff facilities.Work will be performed in phases to maintain continuity of daily operations within the employee break room. Coordination with facility staff will be required to sequence restroom closures, manage temporary access, and minimize disruptions. Scheduling, safety measures, and contractor staging will be carefully planned to ensure that employees retain functional break room access while renovations progress.
