Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is soliciting bids for the Second Floor Reinforcement Project at its facility located at 901 Ludlow Street, Dayton, Ohio, formerly known as the 'Coke Building'. The purpose of this project is to reinforce existing steel beams beneath the second floor to improve structural capacity, safety, and long-term functionality of the facility while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and engineering standards.
