Summary

The School District of Greenville County is seeking bid responses for Building Envelope Repairs at Mitchell Road Elementary School in accordance with the Specifications and Terms and Conditions of this solicitation. Mitchell Road Elementary School is a single-storied metal panel/CMU building at 4124 East North Street, Greenville, SC, 29615 originally built in 1971 with major renovation and additions in 2000. The building is currently faced with several water intrusion issue. The project consists of One window will be replace, the fire rating of the column will be re-establish, replacing metal flashing, re-installing the fire pull in the lobby, cleaning and coating the CMU on the exterior of the Media Center, and replacing Gutters.
