Safford Unified School District, #1 is in Graham County serving our K-12 Community. This solicitation, Weatherization at Ruth Powell Elementary, will be funded by the Division of School Facilities. Caution is presented as the US 60, between Superior and Globe is closed between 9:00 AM and 2:00pm. Outside of these hours, a 75 minute detour is required by having to drive on Rt 77 through Hayden-Winkleman.
