Mohave County is solicitating Statement of Qualifications to use the Design-Build Contracting method for the Design and Construction of a District 3 Supervisor Suite.The County is conducting a competitive two-step process to award one (1) contract for the Design-Build Construction.STEP-ONE:The County invites interested firms to submit written Statements of Qualifications relating to this solicitation. A Committee will evaluate the qualifications and experience of similar projects. The County will select three (3) proposers for further consideration.STEP -TWO:Those selected will be requested to submit separate Technical Proposal and Price Proposal.Final Contract Award will be determined through a selection process that considers a Final Technical Proposal and a Price Proposal. The project will utilize a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
