Summary
In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work:Sliplining of approximately 1,903 linear feet (LF) of 73" x 61", 81" x 53" and 174” x 98" corrugated steel pipe arches with glass reinforced plastic (GRP) pipe in the cities of Cleveland and Garfield Heights.Removal and replacement of a corrugated metal headwall, wingwalls and apron with a new concrete headwall, wingwalls and apron.Injection of expansive polyurethane material beneath the existing pipe through drilled holes.Repair and filling of missing pipe invert with cementitious material.This work is listed in detail in Section 01 11 00 – Summary of Work.

The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District protects public health and the environment by leading effective wastewater and stormwater management. As the largest wastewater treatment provider in the State of Ohio, the Sewer District spans 363 square miles, serves 63 communities and nearly one million residents, treats more than 80 billion gallons of wastewater a year, and manages 489 miles of streams. In addition to its award-winning treatment plants and laboratory performance, the Sewer District's Project Clean Lake construction program will reduce annual Lake Erie pollution by 4 billion gallons by 2035, while its Regional Stormwater Management Program addresses widespread inter-community problems like flooding, pollution, and erosion.
