Summary

VTA BSVII project requires approximately 680 hours per week of unarmed, uniformed security services across the locations specified in Attachment A. The Total number of hours is based on forecasted 2026 properties and is subject to change as properties are added or removed from the security scope in 2026 and subsequent years. The Contractor’s purpose at these locations will be to protect these properties from unauthorized break-ins, theft, fire, inhabitation, and other unlawful activities. The security profile for these properties will primarily include foot patrol. A roving vehicle patrol will also be used as a way of securing multiple properties and to provide supervision and breaks for other fixed post security officers.
