From building baseline awareness to securing a meaningful place in the consideration set, ONT has steadily increased passenger preference and engagement. Today, the airport is on the cusp of achieving true audience loyalty, a milestone that positions ONT as not only a convenient and easy experience but also posits the So Cal competitor set as the alternative to using ONT.With this RFP, ONT seeks a bold, innovative Agency of Record to help propel the brand’s next chapter. The airport is ready to accelerate its trajectory, deepen customer affinity, and further strengthen its standing as a leader in airport marketing, brand experience, and industry partnership. The selected agency will join ONT at a moment of momentum, charged with pushing creative boundaries, amplifying ONT’s voice, and shaping the brand’s continued ascent on the regional, national, and global stage.

Since the transfer to local control, Ontario International Airport (ONT) has undergone an extraordinary brand transformation, one grounded in data-driven insights, intentional storytelling and strategic advertising that reintroduced ONT to Southern California (and the World) in a bold new light.
