Questions concerning this request should be submitted through the procurement portal by 12:00 pm on Friday, February 13, 2026. Please submit all proposals through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/santarosafl by 10:00 am on Friday, February 20, 2026, at which time will be publicly opened. Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners encourages all segments of the business community to participate in its procurement opportunities, including small businesses, minority/women owned businesses, and disadvantaged business enterprises. Full description

This project is to demonstrate the effective design, implementation, and maintenance of green infrastructure (GI), tree boxes(planters), biofiltration systems, and permeable surface throughout the 8.6-acre Santa Rosa County Administrative Complex. All the design and engineering have been completed by Santa Rosa County. This project will be the actual permitting and construction of the designed and engineered completed site plan for the Santa Rosa County Administration Building. A federal grant has been awarded to be applied toward this project. Thus, two bids are being solicited. One for the entire site and an alternate bid for a section of the project.
