Summary

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking Qualifications from Firms to review water and wastewater utility plan documents for new development infrastructure for compliance with Bay County Utility Services standards and specifications, as well as State and Federal rules and requirements.All firms, to include sub-consultants, shall be State of Florida licensed professionals. Architect and/or Engineering firms shall be Florida licensed firms. Architects shall hold a Florida Professional Architect license. Engineers shall hold a Florida Professional Engineer’s license. Surveyors shall hold a Professional Land Surveyor’s License.
