Sealed bids, subject to the plans, specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received via this procurement portal until, but no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2026, to mill any existing pavement as needed (determination of need for milling will be made by the Town of Farmville), overlay pavement, and any other requirements on the following Town streets: East Third Street (from Milnwood Road to Sunchase Boulevard)Ford StreetGreenhouse RoadMilnwood RoadPrice DriveScott DriveSpottswood DriveAllie CourtBarrow StreetBeverley CourtCabell's CourtFifth AvenueFourth Avenue (from Gilliam Drive to Cabell's Court)Jesse's WayLee Drive (from Russell's Way to cul-de-sac)Russell's WaySanford StreetSeventh AvenueSixth Avenue
