Southampton Neighborhood Revitalization Project Phase 1

Summary

The Commissioners of St. Mary’s County (County) Department of Public Works & Transportation is soliciting bids in cooperation with the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission (MetCom) to reconstruct approx. 0.45+ mile of roadway and to install new water mains and perform sewer main rehabilitation as described herein.

Full description

The Southampton Revitalization Phase 1 Project will include the re-construction of approx. 0.45 mile of roadway (Lot 1,) the Southampton Phase 1 Watermain and Sanitary Sewage Improvement’s (Lot 2A & 2B,) and the MD 235 Watermain Extension (Lot 3).
