Summary

The Town of Waterford is looking for qualified contractors to construct a new 9,988 sf fire station on a new site location, including the abatement and demolition of the existing fire station once the new is complete. Work shall be phased as indicated on the attached Drawings. The existing building/site is to remain fully operational until the new building/site is fully operational and the existing building is completely empty.

The Town of Waterford is looking for qualified contractors to construct a new 9,988 sf fire station on a new site location, including the abatement and demolition of the existing fire station once the new is complete.
