Summary

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Temporary Staffing Services. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2:00 pm on Monday, March 2, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted.The Contractor must source temporary talent to supplement current WSSC's staff, as needed. Temporary staff may be needed to provide support to all segments of the organization; including administrative, paraprofessionals, professional administrative, and technical roles. The selected Contractor(s) will provide necessary support, benefits, and coaching, and payroll services to temporary personnel. The Contractor will also demonstrate efficiency by presenting adequate technology to manage its employees and processes. Additionally, the Contractor will assign a single resource, e.g., account manager, to oversee the activities of the contract, answer questions from contractors and WSSC staff, provide training, resolve matters, and provide customer service.
