Summary
Washington County Solid Waste & Recycling (WCSWR) is seeking a contractor to review and update the County’s Salesforce instance to better meet our division’s needs. WCSWR uses Salesforce Force 100 and Salesforce Maps to manage the client and activity information collected while assisting businesses and other organizations throughout the county. The original architecture of the WCSWR Salesforce instance was developed, with customizations, 15 years ago by another governmental organization. Our assistance program and priorities have since changed and we would like to improve the user experience and increase staff efficiency by reassessing the Salesforce structure, removing unnecessary elements and aligning the function with our current needs.
