Summary

Baltimore County, Maryland, Purchasing Division is seeking Bids for Inspection Services, Public Works and Transportation Construction. Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd, no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 26, 2026.Amendments to solicitations often occur prior to bid opening and sometimes within as little as 48 hours prior to bid opening. It is the potential bidder's responsibility to frequently visit the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd to obtain amendments and any other solicitation information.

Full description

The Contractor shall furnish Public Works Inspectors on an as-needed basis covered by this contract, which the County may require during the period of time specified. There will be Level II Inspectors for higher-level projects and Level I Inspectors for standard-level projects.
