Summary

The Cecil County Health Department is seeking proposals from experienced public relations/communications companies to continue and enhance its ongoing behavioral health media campaigns. Beginning in 2015, campaigns have focused on reducing overdose and other negative impacts of behavioral health disorders by raising awareness and utilization of local resources, reducing stigma, promoting overdose prevention strategies, etc. Campaigns have incorporated various tactics, including maintaining RewriteYourScript.org, creation of videos and other advertisements, paid social media promotion, billboards, newspaper ads, etc.Any questions regarding this RFP may be directed to cchd.procurement@maryland.gov.
