Summary

The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive bids for Concourse A Apron Reconstruction - Bid Package 2. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 10:00 am at CVG Centre, Admin. Offices, 77 Comair Blvd., Erlanger, KY 41018. Questions are due at 11:59 pm on Monday, February 9, 2026 and answers will be posted no later than Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Bids must be received by Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 2:00 pm. No bids will be accepted after that time unless such date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum issued by KCAB.

The pavement surrounding Concourse A has reached the end of its service life. The pavement has become a maintenance burden and has caused operation challenges, such as emergency shutdowns for repairs. In 2025, we reconstructed Bid Package 1 of the Concourse A Apron Reconstruction program. This area included Taxilane R, Ramp Taxilanes 2N, 2C & 2S, Taxiway S and Gates A19 and A21. Bid Package 2 includes the remainder of the pavement surrounding Concourse A and is broken into (4) construction seasons. Also included is the reconstruction of the Delta Hangar ramp, which is of similar age to the pavement surrounding Concourse A.
