Summary

Boone County is soliciting bids for High Friction Surface Treatment on various county maintained roads. The project includes Chinquapin Hill Road from KY 20 to 5905 Chinquapin Hill Road, approximately 1,000 feet; Bullittsville Road from 3484 to 3438 Bullittsville Road, approximately 550 feet; and Cayton Road in bend near intersection of Hopeful Church Road, approximately 250 feet. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment for maintaining and controlling traffic, cleaning and preparing the existing surface, installing a high friction surface treatment in accordance with the contract documents, and all other work as specified as part of this contract. The completion date is June 30, 2026, and the project applies to the entire contract.
