The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified bidders to retrofit an existing stormwater management facility for water quality treatment and provide effective stream restoration in an actively eroding channel, approximately 750 LF of an unnamed tributary to Clark's Run through the installation of in-stream and bank stabilization structures.
