EN 26-025 Phase VI Old Town Las Ligas ADA Sidewalks

Summary

The Work included in this Project consists of replacement of existing ramps and sidewalk with new ADA ramps and sidewalk. Water and Dust Control are to be provided by the Contractor and are considered incidental to the project. Site Monitoring Protocols and coordination are required for this project. Prior to any ground disturbance, contractor must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to Natalie Bue, Project Manager, Environmental Scientist (281) 786-7522 at Headway Environmental, 2025 N 3rd St, Suite 157, Phoenix, AZ 85004.. The City is issuing this IFB to secure a qualified Class A General Civil Licensed Contractor to perform the Work and provide Materials as more particularly described in the Specifications attached to this IFB, and incorporated herein by reference. Bidders must submit Bids encompassing the entire Project, inclusive of the related Plans, Specifications, related construction drawings and Reference Documents. Failure to do so may result in a determination that the Bid is non-responsive.

This project is federally funded. Vendor must be registered on System for Award Management (“Sam.gov”) before submitting an offer, provide a valid Unique Entity Identifier Number and continue to maintain an active SAM registration during which it has an active Federal award.Site Monitoring Protocols and coordination are required for this project. Prior to any ground disturbance, contractor must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to Natalie Bue, Project Manager, Environmental Scientist (281) 786-7522 at Headway Environmental, 2025 N 3rd St, Suite 157, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
