The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for IFB 26-70 for CHARLOTTESVILLE DOWNTOWN MALL CROSSINGS.Project Description:Removal and replacement of the brick and granite pavers at the Downtown Mall Crossings of 2nd St NW and 4th St NE. Installation of a custom drop inlet, concrete pipe, concrete curb, and sidewalk. The City of Charlottesville Public Utilities Division will also be replacing the drop inlet top on the NW corner of Main St and 2nd St NW while 2nd St is closed. Coordination between the Contractor and City will be important to ensure that this can be done without delaying the project.
