Full description

As part of the 2023 Golden Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan, Muller has spent the last year designing protected bike lanes on Ford and Jackson Streets between 14th and 24th Streets, a raised four-way intersection at Jackson and 24th to address pedestrian/vehicle collisions near Golden High School, and intersection improvements at Ford Street and 14th Street. This project is identified as a Tier 1 priority that will create a dedicated space for cyclists that provides safety and separation from vehicles. The project also includes reconstruction of curb ramps at nearly all intersection to bring them into compliance with PROWAG (Public Rights-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines).
