Summary
This project consists of rehabilitation of the Clearwater Garden Avenue Parking Garage (located at 28 North Garden Avenue), including concrete repairs to floors, ceilings, column, walls and precast tee beams. Floor slab cracks and joints will be sealed and the existing roof level traffic bearing membrane will be recoated. Miscellaneous repairs will be completed throughout the garage, including door hardware replacement, installation of bearing support brackets and miscellaneous painting.The Contractor shall provide copies of current Contractor License/Registration with the state of Florida and Pinellas County (if applicable) in the bid response.The Contractor shall provide Fixed or Portable project signs as described in Section III, Section 23 of the Contract Documents. The final number of project signs will be determined at the beginning of the project based on the Contractor’s schedule of work submitted for approval. Additional project signs may be required at no additional cost to the city due to the Contractor’s schedule of work.Contract Period: 120 Consecutive Calendar Days
