In fiscal year 2024, the City of Ennis engaged Roadway Asset Services to conduct a comprehensive Pavement Condition Evaluation across the entire roadway network. The evaluation provided detailed assessments and recommendations for street maintenance, resurfacing, and reconstruction. Based on pavement condition, network location, and budgetary constraints, City staff identified specific street segments for either resurfacing or full reconstruction.
