Outdoor Warning Siren System

Summary

The City of Kyle, Texas, (City) Emergency Management (EM) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for an outdoor siren warning system.

Full description

The City does not currently own or operate an OWS system and seeks to implement a new system using a phased approach. The system must support cost-effective expansion and allow additional siren sites to be incorporated in the future without requiring significant redesign or hardware replacement.
