Summary
The City of Manhattan Beach has a once-in-a-generation opportunity to shape the future development of its downtown. As a result of the recent demolition of a parking structure at 1155 Morningside Drive (“Parking Lot 3”) that had reached the end of its useful life, and the purchase of a former bank building located at 400 Manhattan Beach Boulevard (“400 MBB”), the City is in the unique position of having two underutilized properties in the heart of its downtown under direct City control. The City of Manhattan Beach (“City”) invites sealed proposals on the project described herein to be submitted via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov. Proposals will be received until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
