The project consists of the rehabilitation of a 2 bedroom (approximately 662 sqft) City owned affordable housing unit located at 585 Laine St # 1 in the City of Monterey. The City's goal is to preserve and enhance the quality, safety, and livability of affordable housing units.The rehabilitation process addresses critical repairs and upgrades needed to bring the unit up to current building code standards, improve energy efficiency, and extend the unit's service.
