Summary

The City of New Haven seeks to engage the services of not more than eight (8) appropriate and qualified attorneys and law firms, located within New Haven County (hereinafter referred to as counsel) to represent the Tax Collector in tax foreclosures.

Scope of Services:The chosen counsel(s) shall provide legal services to the City of New Haven in connection with real estate tax foreclosures on behalf of the City's Tax Collector, in accordance with the Schedule "A" and Schedule "B" in the proposal specification section.
