Summary

The City of Lakeport is accepting sealed bids for Lakeport Fire Station Lot Improvements. All bids are due before 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 and no late bids will be accepted.This project consists of reconstructing the Lakeport Fire District's parking lot at 445 N Main Street in Lakeport, CA. The project includes disposal of hazardous soils at Class I and Class II facilities, reconstruction of the parking lot with areas of concrete and asphalt surfacing and installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveways. The project also includes minor drainage improvements, pavement markings and signage.

This is a rebid with minor clarifications made to the original project. The original pre-bid meeting agenda, attendees and notes, as well as previously asked questions, are found in the attachments. Please read prior to submitting new questions. There is no pre-bid meeting for this bid. The project is divided into 2 phases to allow for uninterrupted use of the fire station for emergency response. The initial phase must be complete prior to starting on the second phase.
