The City of Las Cruces (CITY) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to enter into an agreement for multi-function copiers and managed print services as described herein.

Full description

The CITY invites proposals from qualified, competent, knowledgeable, and experienced multifunction copier/scanner/printer lease and managed print service companies to provide services and administer the duties and responsibilities as set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP), in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. The preferred equipment must be capable of faxing, printing, copying, scanning, duplexing, finishing, and other features incorporated within the equipment listed in EXHIBIT “A” and must perform within the CITY’s electronic data network. As such, respondents are responsible for being knowledgeable of the features incorporated within the listed equipment. Firms submitting proposals must be prepared to immediately enter into a lease agreement (AGREEMENT) for the provision of equipment and services as set forth in this RFP.
