The City of Lynnwood (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms for the 2027 Watermain Replacement Project. The project includes the replacement of existing water pipelines, primarily steel mains, and associated appurtenances at selected locations throughout the City, along with full width pavement restoration within the project limits.
