Alternate Civil Engineering Design Services - IDQ(A) - FY26

Summary

The City of Norfolk Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide services on an as-required basis. The City intends to enter into an annual, renewable agreement with the firm selected to provide these services. The City will provide a scope of services for each specific request for engineering services required under the Agreement, and the firm will generate a Narrative and Fee Proposal for each specific request. Other related government organizations or agencies may be allowed to issue work orders under this Agreement, as permitted by the City.

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Monday, February 23, 2026 at 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/233684. Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
