Architectural & Interior Design Services - FY26 - IDQ(A)

Summary

The work under this project will provide Architectural and Interior Design services on various City projects.The City of Norfolk (the “City”) Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified professional architectural firms to provide services on an as-required basis. The City intends to enter into an annual, renewable agreement with the firm selected to provide these services. The City will provide a scope of services for each specific request for architectural and interior design services required under the agreement.

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Monday, February 9, 2026 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/230064. Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
