The City of Pasadena Public Works Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to replace the roof at the Alkebu-lan Cultural Center located at 1435 N Raymond Ave, Pasadena, CA 91103. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, material, equipment, services, and incidentals required for the complete roof system replacement. The scope of work includes removal and disposal of the existing roof tiles, flashing, removal and replacement of rain gutters as needed, and removal of damaged plywood. The scope of work also involves the furnish and installation of a new clay tile to match the existing tile in style and color, roof underlayment system, flashing, and any necessary plywood replacement for a complete roof system.
