The City of Pasadena, Human Resources Department is broken out into five main Divisions with 30 budgeted FTEs: Administration (4) Labor Relations and Class & Compensation (3) Employment Services (Includes Prideshare) (11) Benefits Administration (6) Employee Relations and Training (6) FY 2026 Department Budget: https://stories.opengov.com/pasadenaca/published/BCgyqudiy The Human Resources Department is a high-functioning team with a strong commitment to quality work and customer service. To ensure service of the highest caliber to the departments and the community, the Department seeks a third-party assessment of the organization’s structure and assistance with developing a strategic plan.
