The City of Pasadena's Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is seeking bids from qualified firms for preventative maintenance service, repairs, emergency service and on-call services for elevators at City facilities.Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, labor, labor supervision, tools, equipment and lubricants necessary to provide full-preventative maintenance, adjustment, replacement and repair service for the complete vertical transportation elevator systems of 25 elevators & 5 disabled access lifts.
