Summary

The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers to provide and set-up one (1) leaded digital color production press with accessories for a five (5) year term commencing on or about June 15, 2026, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.This solicitation is available through the City’s Procurement Portal. Full description

The City Clerk Department of the City of Phoenix includes the Print, Design, and Mail Services Division. This division relies on a high-volume digital color production press to produce thousands of brochures, flyers, door hangers, postcards, manuals, and other educational materials that support essential City programs. Utilizing a digital color production press enables the City to reduce costs, streamline operations, and implement modern, up-to-date technology.
