Summary
Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Invitation for Bid (IFB) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Replacement Roof Community Center to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this IFB.
Full description
The City of Port St. Lucie is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to complete the full replacement of the existing metal and flat roof systems, gutters, and aluminum entrance awnings at the Port St. Lucie Community Center. The project includes removal of all existing roofing materials, inspection and repair of roof decking as required, installation of new metal roofing systems, replacement of all gutters, and fabrication and installation of three (3) new aluminum awnings. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code (FBC), manufacturer specifications, and applicable City standards.
