Mobile Inner Tube Rental Concession at Waterworks Park

Summary

City is seeking proposals from qualified concessionaires (Contractors) to operate a mobile inner tube rental business for the City of Pueblo at Waterworks Park during the summer season. The selected Contractor will be responsible for providing all user training, equipment, staffing, operations, and insurance for the rental of high-quality river inner tubes and PFDs (lifejackets) to visitors. The awarded Contractor may be allowed to offer additional services such as (but not necessarily limited to) river kayaks and accompanying gear, paddle boards and accompanying gear, bikes, helmets, sunscreen, towels, water shoes, and mesh/waterproof bags as approved by the City.

The City of Pueblo is home to over 80 parks and has the Arkansas River running through the heart of the City. Waterworks Park (located below City Park along the Arkansas River) has six drops and one chute with the last drop being popular for river surfing.
