Full description

The City of Richmond currently operates a fleet of approximately 3,000 vehicles. Due to the dynamic nature of local government, there are times during which the City must supplement its fleet with rental vehicles. Rental vehicles are also used by City of Richmond employees when traveling regionally or nationally for training purposes.
