City departments routinely require fencing materials for maintenance, repair, and installation of perimeter fencing, security enclosures, facility improvements, and public safety applications. To ensure timely access to consistent, high-quality materials, the City seeks to establish one or more competitively awarded contracts with qualified vendors capable of supplying a variety of fencing products that meet applicable ASTM and industry standards.This solicitation is intended to support operational efficiency, cost control, and reliable material availability across multiple City departments. Materials will be procured on an as-needed basis, allowing departments to obtain fencing materials appropriate to specific project requirements, quantities, and delivery timelines.
