Full description

The purpose of this study is to evaluate current and future staffing needs to ensure Seattle City Light is optimally resourced to achieve its operational, strategic, and service delivery goals over the next ten (10) years. This includes benchmarking against industry standards and comparable electric utilities to identify where current practices and staffing levels align with or deviate from established norms. The study will also assess workforce gaps and forecast future role requirements based on workload trends, anticipated retirements, and evolving organizational priorities.
