Summary
Description of Work: Work of the PSTF Training Building/Annex Remodel is defined by the Construction Documents and includes but is not limited to the construction of a new training building to include the exterior shell, all windows and exterior entry doors; all exterior finishes; includes interior stairs and second level framing (as part of the new Building Scope). The scope of work includes code minimum lighting and mechanical items, all sub-slab MEP lines, exterior lighting, foundation and slab work. All earthwork is unclassified, and includes the installation,maintenance, and removal of necessary sediment and erosion controls.The bid documents and drawings can be found in the attachments section.
